Executive of Global Brewing Company faces malicious harassment campaign on Social Media
The Marketing Director of one of the world's largest brewing companies is the target of a relentless and malicious harassment campaign on Facebook. An account has been set up in his name, with the sole intent of discrediting and undermining the company's brand. This campaign not only targets the digital, print, TV, and billboard advertising campaigns initiated under his leadership but also spreads personal attacks and insults.

Conducting investigations to unveil the identity of the account holder and the perpetrator behind the smear campaign.
Reporting all materials that infringe upon the company’s intellectual property rights.
Reporting all unauthorized uses of photographs depicting the client.
Although initially, Facebook asserted that the account’s content fell within the scope of the “fair use” doctrine, which permits the use of copyrighted work for purposes such as criticism, commentary, parody, and satire, our expert analysis enabled us to manipulate the interpretation of the Facebook community guidelines against the account. As a result, we compelled Facebook to permanently close the account and thus remove all of its content.
