We’ve decided to take on this pro bono case on humanitarian grounds, considering the client’s significant hardship resulting from a widely publicized tragic incident, especially taking into account their young age, to ensure they receive the necessary support without a financial burden.
What we’ve done
- Mapping all publications mentioning the client’s name in connection with the accident.
- Conducting discreet negotiations with all online and offline press editors, as well as with all authors who have commented on the case online, with the aim of anonymizing articles by removing the client’s surname. We assert her right to privacy, as well as fundamental principles of humanity, ethics, and compassion.
- Assisting in the production, publication, and dissemination of a professional CV on job search platforms.
- Creating professional profiles on professional networking sites.
- Monitoring mentions of the case and immediately activating a suppression strategy for any newly detected editorial content.
